Adults dance too! We love to see adults staying active and doing what they LOVE and so we have created classes just for you. We understand your busy lifestyles so our adult classes do not require advance registration. Each class is drop-in and only $10 per class.
Yoga at MMSD is an all-levels Vinyasa-based practice. Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting breath with movement, and is characterized by rapid, yet fluid movements from posture to posture to create a “flow.” Class will also include some basic strengthening exercises and stretches. You will leave practice feeling centered and rejuvenated (and maybe a little sweaty!)
Our current adult dance class offerings include ballet, tap and jazz and are geared towards the beginner dancer. We keep our classes fun and enjoyable. You can participate barefoot in ballet and jazz but we recommend wearing tap shoes in tap class. Clothing is anything that is comfortable and that you can easily move, stretch and dance in!
