A fun class that will help introduce your child to the basics of tumbling and acrobatic arts. Class basics will include forward rolls, donkey kicks, table tops, bridges, and straddle jumps, to name a few. Exercises will focus on building and increasing balance, flexibility and core strength. All exercises will be done to fun and energetic music that is kid-friendly. As with all of our classes, it is extremely important that your child arrive on time for class and not miss the warm-up period. If your child is not properly warmed up, injury may occur.
